The Council has been involved in providing After School programming in the Port Chester Public Schools since 1989. Daily the Council provides enrichment programming at Port Chester elementary schools and over 700 children are served by our programs. We have, for many years, addressed a strong need in the community for after school activities, and our efforts in the future will extend to serve Middle School students and those who have particular talents in the arts.

As of 2010, the Council will be the primary provider of enrichment activities in the Port Chester Public Schools’ OASIS After School Programming .
