An open letter from the PCCFA
Dear PCCFA Families,
We are reaching out because The Port Chester Council for the Arts, Inc. greatly needs your help. Our summer theater program is at a critical point, without community support, it will be difficult to sustain the high-quality experiences our students have come to love.
Camp tuition covers only a portion of our expenses. Donations help fund costumes, sets, props, backstage supplies, scholarships, and other essential production costs. Every dollar directly supports our students and helps ensure the future of our theater program.
If you are able, please consider making a monetary donation of any amount through our SignUpGenius:
PCCFA Beetlejuice Sponsorship 2026
No gift is too small. Every contribution brings us one step closer to keeping this program available for the young performers who depend on it. As a token of our appreciation, all donors will be recognized on our official Donor List on our website and in our Beetlejuice Program.
Thank you for standing with us and investing in the future of arts education in our community. We truly couldn't do this without you.
Please forward this to all family, friends and anyone who may have been positively affected by our program. In addition to this SignUpGenius link, all open donations can be made by scrolling to the bottom of our website portchestercfa.org.
With gratitude,
Julie Dore
